I am concerned about confidentiality, and that you may already work for
our competitors. How do you address this issue?
Confidentiality documentation is part of our SOPs. Client information
may only be communicated back to the client in pursuit of conducting their
business in Canada and the United States. It will not be duplicated from
company computers or removed from our premises. Data contained within the
daily orders of our clients is their property. MMP Enterprises does not
use client information for any purpose other than filling orders and tracking
packages.

Do you have an in-house customs broker?
Yes. Personnel from Border Brokers Inc. are always here
at our facility during working hours to deal with any customs or freight
forwarding issue or emergency.

Are we able to ship to the United States?
Yes, we do so routinely. Border Brokers Inc. is able to
prepare customs documents for shipments into the United States as well
as for shipments into Canada.
7.
What services does my account manager provide?
The account manager provides daily, weekly and monthly reports associated
with your business including end of day, damage claims, shipment tracking,
inventory reports, batch logs, backorder logs, returned goods reporting,
shipments received reporting, and lot release reports. Your account manager
may be reached by e-mail, telephone or fax.

What is the procedure for processing returned merchandise?
MMP Enterprises investigates and documents all returns, whether or not
accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All enclosed correspondence
from customers is forwarded to the client. Damaged merchandise is photographed
and images are forwarded to the client for a determination of product disposition.
Returns reports are provided to the client at agreed upon frequencies.
9.
How soon are my orders shipped once they are received?
Orders received by 12:00 PM EST are shipped within 24 hours.
10.
May we provide our own packaging materials for use with our orders?
Yes. We are able to provide several reputable referrals of packaging suppliers
if requested.
